Information we receive
The form asks for your phone number, ZIP code, type of problem and preferred timing. Your name and notes are optional. We also save the language, submission time and a request identifier. Please don’t send payment details, identity documents or entry codes.
How we use it
We use these details to contact you about the problem, check availability and coordinate next steps. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment. Your consent covers contact about that request; it does not enroll you in marketing campaigns. We do not sell service requests.
Storage and access
The website is hosted on Vercel. Requests are stored in a private Vercel Blob store with authenticated access. Authorized staff can access them to arrange service. The hosting provider may process IP addresses and technical request information to operate and secure the site.
Cookies and tracking
This version of the website does not include advertising analytics, remarketing pixels or marketing cookies. The language choice is reflected in the page address.
Request sources
To understand which pages and referrals bring requests, we save the first observed and current pages of this session with your request, using only recognized public paths on our website. When the browser supplies it, we retain only exact referring hostnames on a predefined list (Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Facebook, Nextdoor and Yelp). For other external referrals we retain only the classification “referral”, without the hostname. This attribution record does not save full referring URLs, search queries, personal URL parameters, URL fragments or advertising click identifiers. Source, medium and campaign labels must belong to a predefined list; other labels are discarded.
We use this tab’s sessionStorage, without cookies, to retain the first observed referral during page changes. At the start of a new submission, we recheck the 30-minute period since the last capture. A new submission or recorded page refreshes that period; a retry retains the exact original data and request identifier. We do not link separate sessions. If storage is blocked, the form works with information available on the current page. Form contact details and notes are not saved in sessionStorage. Submitted attribution is retained with the request under the retention rules stated here.
A Google, Bing or AI-assistant referral does not prove an organic visit or reveal search terms. Missing referral information may be classified as direct or unknown; campaign labels and browser data are not verified attribution.
Corrections and deletion
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your service request. We will use the supplied phone number to verify that the request relates to your details. Use the request form and write “Privacy request” in the notes.
We retain information while needed to handle the request, service and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed individually; this website does not currently have an automatic deletion period configured.
